"Honesty is the best policy" - Thats what Charles said to me as we talked about my car. "If youre honest with them, customers will return."He isn't wrong - Charles gave me a great price on my old Mazda 6 sedan.He came to my apartment, took a quick look over and gave me the rundown on what needed work and what was in good repair while telling stories and keeping me entertained the entire time. Best of all, he knew his stuff - you could tell that Charles had been doing it for years and knew his way around cars like he knew the back of his hand.
